The project was to help increase the awareness of good health and well-being practise through healthy eating and exercise.
There was an increase in health related problems and severe families within the community having to deal with unhealthy related living issues. Our approach was to help members of the community with these challenges, focus both on improving their diet and increasing their exercise level.
We ran a few healthy eating and exercise sessions which helped members of the community understand the benefits of both approaches to improving their health. Those involved with the project now fully understand the process involved to living healthy.
